i saw an ad on tv saying they had a chip that you plugged into your cigarette lighter and it would give you 30 horsepower and 50 lbs of torque. i was wondering if anybody had one and could tell me if they were any good or if the whole thing was bull****. they said it was 200 dollars. let me know thanks.
