Howling brakes

Howling brakes
My rear brakes have started to howl as I pull up to a stop. Not so much at highway speed but in town and when I get below 30 MPH or so. It sounds like the rear brake are the culprit. Any one have any ideas. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey make sure that the wheel isnt getting hot. (like mine!! gotta pick up the truck in a few hours)
If its getting hot it might be a sticking caliper. Wheel bearings are a possiblity but i think that they are oil bath from the axle so chances are low that its the bearings.
