Talking Carrier-Bearing???

Anybody know of a formula/per inch of lift or a good amount of shim to add to my carrier bearing. Im running a 6in lift in the rear and need to get the driveline straightened out i got vibration. Thanks

I put in a 1/4'' shim at stock height to get rid of vibration. I'll have to keep that in mind when I lift it.

I used 1/4 plate stock steel I had lying around. I did not need longer bolts for the 1/4'' I put in but anything more than that you will probably need longer bolts.

i have a piece of square tubing(solid not hollow) 1x1xwhateer length it is and drilled two holes and just used longer bolts. its really easy. didn't cost me anything or you could do DR carrier bearing for $52 and play with it since they give you alot of shims.
