The mirror would not cause the fast blink. It is a low wattage bulb. The front or rear are higher wattage and would cause the fast blink if missing/blown. You said front and mirror. Kinda funny they went out at the same time. Since you tried a new bulb in the front and that didn't work, it may be time for a new multi-funtion switch. Time to start tracing wires back to the switch.
