Cam Swap...
Has anyone swapped the cams in their 5.4 3v using a pair of the new Comp Cams camshafts? (or any manufacturer)

I have a 2006 F150 w/5.4 and a '06 Mustang both of which I am planning to modify with several upgrades... I would like to know what you have experience both in swapping the cams and the performance afterwards.

It's my understanding that the 3v motors breath very well as they are made. You probably will not see much of a difference with out alot of supporting mods like int,exh,headers, port/polish job.
