5.4 cam help

i have a 2001 super crew cab 4x4 and i was wanting to put a bigger cam in it and i was wondering what kind of cam should i use

Go visit www.compcams.com they have cams for the 5.4 they have a stock replacement cam like an RV type good lowend tork and power and also have performance grinds that will work with stock comp. hope this helps DW

5.4 cam help

Several companies make cams for the modulars. The 5.4 and 4.6 can use the same cams. You would be wise to check out magazines like 5.0, Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords, etc.
