Wanna see my new lift - finally got some pics up - more to follow...

Finally had chance to get some pics up and wanted to see what everyone thought. It is a little dirty, but should have some better pics this weekend when I get everything cleaned up.

Nice truck man! That thing looks real sharp!

Are you missing a lugnut, or is that the lock?

Sexy truck dude....Ive always been a fan of the yellow/tonka color and that thing with the lift is supurb! If i had a dream truck..that is it!

Good catch on the missing lug/future locklug -993- i was going to say the same thing untill i read ur post. Hopfully u will buy a very nice/expensive set of locklugs to protect theme fancy wheel and tires.

BTW...are u parked on ur front lawn? wtf? LOL

Looks nice... for a few second on that first picture I thought you had the same rims I did.

You even have the exhaust I want. How does it sound while driving over 55mph? I can't stand exhausts that have annoying drone while I'm driving down the interstate.

Thanks for all of the replies. You really have to see the truck in person to really appreciate it. I was nervous only going up 4.5", but after I mounted everything up, you can't go wrong with this lift. The ride is fantastic, DR really stands up to its name.

In regards to the missing lugnut, yes I am missing one. They gave me a 5/16" thread rather then 14 x 1.5. They are all on there now.

In regards to my front lawn, yes I park it on my lawn. I regraded the property in the fall, so I don't have any grass anyway. HEHEHE

As far as the exhaust goes, if you want the best sounding truck, get the duals. The only time I really ever hear it in the cab in when the black smoke is coming out the back.

Again...thanks for the comments. If anyone has any questions, let me know.

Ok, I will bite. What did the lift cost you? I am in the market for a 4.5" kit and I just don't know who to run with. Money difference is pretty substantial between kits. For example the Cage 4.5" system is about 1k where as the DR 4.5" is priced around 2k. Now I am a big believer in you get what you pay for, but good god what is the extra 1k for? There there are various others. Input on your decision and experience would be appreciated.

Also, where did you get your fender flares?

The DR lift is 100% made in the USA and has a lifetime warranty on everything.

The 4.5" coils are dual rate coils so that the initial spring rate is softer than stock and then it progressively firms up to prevent you from blowing through all of the travel and bottoming out the suspension too quickly.

Also, the DR sig series shocks feature nitrosteel shafts (harder than chrome and last longer under salt spray tests) and are valved specifically for the SD with a digressive piston to give you the best ride possible.

Let me know if you have any other questions or would like a quote.
