could be MAP or a shorted wire OR BARO could be flakey which means PCM problems.
The one that jumps out most is the backpressure that low at that speed usually means a clogged tube and that would allow the PCM to close the EBPV all the time if the temps are <45*
BTW: are you trying to tell us you got a girlfriend..LOL
Not sure but I believe that I get the same thing when I am towing my trailers. I have the 6637 and a 5" exhaust. Never heard it before those two but hear it now.... For what it is worth.
I just got done with a long trip pulling my 36 foot gooseneck trailer and I never run 5 psi. I was always running 15 to 27 psi. I also have a AFE intake and I always hear turbo whine not hissing. Sounds like you might have a boost leak somewhere. How old is your truck and how many miles do you have on it

i just bought this
from diesel site and located a boost leak on my wifes 01 f250. The sounds you are describing were similar to the ones i was hearing in her truck. Look for a leak (mine was going from the "y" to the drivers side intake manifold, at least the largest leak ive found so far was there)
I have an 02 with 89000 on it and it does this, but I never heard it or payed it any attention to it when I bought it, now with the 6637 I hear it, mine may be just because of the filter? I know when it changes gears it will continue to hisss until I let off the gas or when the engine seems to catch up to the mph, towing or not it does this. I have cleaned the boots that go to the intercooler pipes and rechecked all clamps I'm clueless if it's supposed to do this or If there is a leak.
about 8 psi when accelerating at speed (65). If I am out of od the boost will go up to 12.
That sounds kinda low to me. I had similar numbers and then found (then fixed) boost leaks - replaced all the boots, filed down the y-pipe as I have seen others here do, and put it all back together using hairspray. Now I can hit ~22lbs. when towing. (I do have a 40hp program).
After the fix my engine got a lot quieter (less hissing). Now I have noisy tires to deal with that I didn't "hear" as much as before... (I think I have a wear problem).
