CK ENG code P1400
First of all. Sorry I haven't visited in a while.. only when I have a problem. I had the ck eng light come on last week, had it read, and it was P1400(manufacturer emission control) or something like that! I haven't been able to find any real info on this code.. any Ideas? also just today.. my OD off light started flashing and it woludn't go into OD..until i kept pushing the button in and then all of a sudden i shifted but the light kept blinking. Then I finally stopped and turned the truck off, and restarted, the light hasn't come back on and seems to be shifting fine.. Oh yea.. it's a 2002 Ranger 4x4 w/ the 4.0 L SOHC.
