Passenger Window off track?

Passenger Window off track?
I have a problem with the Passenger window on my F150 1992 Supercab PU. The window stopped on the way down and the mechanism seems to be going up and down but the window is all the way up. Any insights on how the window can be fixed. Anyone have any experience here?

Power windows? Stripped plastic gear inside motor..available at parts houses and your dealer:
D0AZ-62234A24-B Gear Kit
OR, one or both window rollers are broken. They fit on the channel that holds the glass in place. The window regulator attaches to the channel. Dealer item only, but these are cheap.
You'll have dis-assemble the mechanism to get to the problem.
