CLICKING FRONT END

i have a 93 bronco and it makes a clicking sound in the front, when I go forward,as I get faster the clicking also gets faster, when I brake it stops.
Some people have said it is the ball joints,I'm not so sure.
One other thing, if it is a hot or mild day or even rainy, that seems to effect how loud or if even if you hear the clicking at all
Anybody know the fix for this?
Has you can tell it is driveing me a little clicky
Thanks
Paul

If the clicking stops whenever you touch the brakes, you have a loose
disc brake pad. Easiest fix is to remove the pad, bend the 'ears' over until it installs tightly.

I had an ugly clicking sound coming from my hubs - it seemed when the hubs were "engaged" the driver's side one wouldn't engage all the way, hence the sound. Sounded terrible. May want to check that as well.
