Unhappy GPS/NAV Radio

HELP
Trying to install a GPS/NAV radio out of a 07 Explorer into a 98 F150.
Installing into dash is no problem, Doing the wiring is a head banger.
I need someone to give me step by step instruction on all wiring hookup.
The speed sensor I think is going to be a problem. Any help would be a great help. Thank you b2747

Will it have to go through the GEM or the PCM? If it does they may not be able to talk to each other.

Lightbulb Gps/nav Radio

Hello
I don't know where it has to be hooked up. I know very little about it.
Can you help or do I just forget about it. What do you think of aftermarket like you see in audio stores? They sell for about $2400.00 and I don't think they have a speed sensor in them.
Thanks b2747
