clutch installation help guide?
Hello folks, i just got delivery of one transmission jack so now i can embark on the task of clutch replacement. I am looking for the awesome step by step description posted by someone here. i thought I had it bookmarked, but no! I've tried a few searches and have come up empty. the article in question had pictures and great tips, it was someone doing the clutch on thier 1999 SD 4x4. maybe it was a pdf? If you know whee the link to this lives, please forward. i would hate to have to rely on the actual service manual boilerplate. thanks in advance, dave

thanks, that was exactly what i was looking for. the job is done but it about whipped me, i left the trans hooked to the transfer case, probably not a good idea but i got it done without any helper or lifting of the truck, all done from the floor.
