Weather Strip Crew Cab

What's up with the weather strip between the doors on the top? On my 06 Dually both driver and passenger side are tearing. Anybody else having this problem? I't should be covered under warrenty correct? Obviously it's from opening and closing the doors. What do you have to do to stop this, climb in and out of the windows?
