hey...thats cool...the #5 is the dangerous goods route...LOL

Its a great place to visit or have a vacation place...wells grey park is 5 mins from my place as I am located right at the front entrance to the park...and they have the tallest waterfalls in north america....not the biggest...the highest up

one of them is about a 10-15 min drive away...and to be honest I have never bothered to go look at them

If you dont drive a rig or work in logging here...there are no good paying jobs...maybe the realtors make an okay wage but with the low number of places to buy and sell here I doubt that even...

You know the little hotel/motel wells grey inn? just past that a few mins....but before the dairy queen...(heading towards Jasper) the turn off to my house is right at the information centre...across from the info center is the HUB gas station that is only open in summertime...up that road for about 5 KMS is my place...up 2 winding, steep hills....thats why i got 3 feet of snow and down on the highway dosnt have quite so much...it is a nature persons place to live...and just a year ago property was pretty cheap...but supply cant keep up with demand...and prices have gone up up up

there is only 1 grocery store and it is very limited in what it carries and prices are triple that found in big cities
the owners of the Home Hardware in town have friends in council for this area and I have been told by long time residents here that they will not allow a canadian tire or anything like that because of that...whether it is true or not thats another story...

if you ever watch global news on channel 10...that east indian chick that does the traffic for the lower mainland was born and raised here in Clearwater LOL...
population here is 5000+ ppl but its so spread out it dosnt seem like it...although traffic has gotten a little busier just in the year and 5 months ive lived here...

I will miss this place for alot of reasons...and be happy to be in Regina for even more reasons

yeah I am prepared as much as I can without being there already...my moms BF has family there... If it dosnt work out I told the wife we would try New mexico out possibly...or maybe Colorado she is from there...and all her family lives there...NM that is
I will most likely live outside of the city anyways...NM is attracting alot of Californians with their cheap property and warm winters... my wifes from the alien place Roswell We got married in a little mexican style church there

I used to go camping almost every year....since I moved out of Van I havent been camping cuz I have been living where I used to go camping LOL....

maybe I can get back into camping now that my kids are getting old enough to bring too

Regina is all right. I moved from Saskatoon about 2 1/2 years now, My wife got a job here after she finished her university in Saskatoon. I followed and had no trouble finding work. I came down one Saturday morning and went home that evening with a job. I was concerned at first because of the Saskatoon/Regina thing, but I like it here.

thats cool skidooman...good to hear from someone that has already done it

I am mostly a homebody anyways, with 2 young kids who has time for anything but them
Maybe traffic is bad? people are ticked off and have an attitude? thats any city in North America...I've spent hours researching every question that came to mind about moving to SK...And I think i probably wont be there for the rest of my life or anything like that...but it would be awsome to be able to stay until my kids grow up and move out to do their own things I used to have alot of excuses why i would never leave where I was born and raised, but the things I have learned about how life is in different areas has been really good...not easy to deal with at first, but I feel like i could move anywhere now and do okay

I looked at every thing south of Prince Albert... Regina meets my needs and then some then again so would most any city that has a wal mart and a superstore and a job for me

Ive been through alot of stuff from moving....culture shock or whatever its called...it was hard only being in one place all my life...then living in a new place, when all I had to base things on, was what i saw in the last place...I am not going into it with the blinders on this time...although I would be lying if I said I knew everything about any place

Where I grew up...you were always surrounded by people, as soon as you walked out your front door...people everywhere...so its normal to just sort of ignore people and not say hi to everyone you see... then moving to a small town I think people thought I was a snob or something cuz i didnt say Hello... took me a couple years to figure that one out LOL..im a slow learner
