4" or 5" Exhaust?

I have a 02 F350 pretty much stock. I just installed the 6637 and have a superchip tuner. Which is the better choice for exhaust? Is the 5in too big unless I do some other mods?

no real difference between the two performance wise. Just a different sound. Ilike my 5 inch with no muffler.

i have the 5" too .. LOVE it .. helped a buddy put a 4" on today, on a 6.0L .. both sound great .. personally, I love having that sewer pipe hanging underneath. Both mine and his came from MKO diesel .. best price and customer service you'll find.

My advice, after you install it, after a month or so after the film burns off, paint it with high heat or BBQ grill flat black paint. I didn't like the look of the silver pipe showing .. just the 6" tip

Zero benefit in performance from 4 to 5 inch. Actually you might lose a small amount of low end power with the bigger down pipe. Go with what ever floats your boat. The performance diff is so small youd probably never notice.
