hard miss when driving

ok, did the tune up, and the low idle problem (from the other thread) and the random missing is gone. However, now I have another idle problem....yay....After coming down, it sits at 800, then after 1-2 seconds, smoothly goes up to 1200 for 1-2 seconds, then smoothly comes back down, and repeats.....What is this?
edit....When I pulled the plugs, all of them looked excellent EXCEPT cylinder #1....It was a little wet and smelled like gas, like the injector was leaking there, would this cause this? I figured that if it did, it would be a constant high idle, not surgeish and such.
