Cassette broken

My 99 SD has a stock AM/FM/cassette. Radio and display work fine, cassette does not, no rotation, no sound, push tape button on top right and display reads "no tape" with tape in. I pulled radio and supplied cassette motor only, it works fine. Any ideas out there?
