The grill is really key to identifying these old trucks, but to me it looks like a 75 to 77-ish F-100.

Maybe even a little earlier...early 70s-ish?

The mid side molding id's it as a 73-79 Ford body style. The side gas caps id it as a 76 and earlier (assuming it's the original bed). The dog dish hub caps can probably zero in on the year. I'm guessing 73 or 74. I can't tell if the rear wheel set back is enough to id it as a super camper special.

Ford had the gas tank behind the seat at one point.......This truck not having that may help narrow it down a tad???

I say it is a 75 or 76.

Have to see the front on the outside of the headlights to be sure

The 77 had Fuel Doors.

76 was the last year of exposed gas tank caps

The 75 has 3 horizontal strips of chrome outboard of the headlight. These are inline with the 3 horizontal chrome strips of the grille.

The 76 has the headlight bezel as the trim piece.

The tires look to be tall and skinny filling the wheel wells out. It may be an F250.

The rear tailgate trim and bumper may hold clues.

1973-1976 F-250 Ranger XLT. Possibly Camper Special.

This is my guess.

It's got the exposed gas caps, that narrows the range to 1973-1976.

It's got the F-250 or F-350, Bright Dog Dish Hub Caps.

It's got the lower molding and tailgate molding pieces that came standard on Ranger XLTs before 1977. Also it has a cargo lamp that is also before 1977.

It has west coast mirrors on it, and these were offered with camper special packages.

It also has what looks like a factory slider...

Although it could be a highly optioned 1973-1975 F-250 Custom, it looks like it has badge holes under the rear marker light. The 1973-1975 had a custom badge, the 1976 omitted the custom badge.

But with the cargo light, Ranger XLT trim, West coast mirrors, slider, dual tanks, the hub caps ....

So my Guess, 1973-1976 F-250 Camper special Ranger XLT. 2 wheel drive

Cant tell any more from that angle.
