Could the rear bumper be one of the extendable bumpers for a slide in camper?
I'm still going with the Super Camper Special.
According to step bumper pic in parts book, horizontal part of bumper was cut out at ends (C shaped) to fit around end body panel. Bumper on this truck doesn't have the cut outs. It's also bent down (damaged) at left end.
Truck may have CA license plate...plate appears to be black with yellow letters. Year sticker on upper right of plate. CA went to medium blue plates with yellow letters in 1969/70..on cars. But trucks didn't get blue plates till mid 1970's. If I'm correct, truck is either a 73 or 74.

just kidding, for the quiz i would think that 1973-1977 2 wheel drive ford pickup would work, without a front grill shot it is tough to get a narrower guess

Super Camper side trim same on left, different on right. Without grille pic, ID is tough. 1973 through early 1976 have clear parklight lenses. Late 1976 and 77's have amber lenses. Grille inserts are different designs/colors 1973/77.

Does picture seems a little distorted or is it just me? The truck looks a little squished, front to back and that may give it a taller stance? You can see where the fender badges have been smudged out with photoshop, as well as the lettering on the tailgate.
My guess , because of the dropped rear bumper and the westcoast mirrors likely an F250. I'll go with '75 for the year.
1976 or older F250 Ranger XLT
The tires are a little too small for a 350, and it doesn't sit quite high enough over the rear wheels.
I don't see any sign of a shoulder belt on the passenger side B pillar, so I think it may be older, '73-'74? Not sure when they started with 3 point belts in these.
Good luck!
