Yes, they are the same.
Same quarter panels (C4DZ-6627846/7-A) same tailgate (C4DZ-6640700-A)
The station wagon tailgate is the same, but the window mechanism isn't needed. You need to swap over the tailgate upper panel moulding, as it covers the area where the rear window fits.
