Why so Slow

Anyone know why FTE is so darn slow? When I click on a topic it's taking 20-30 seconds to load a web page and every now and then it's minutes. I know it's not me cause anything else on the web is lightning quick.

with over 350,000 registered users, if there are allot of people on at the same time, it overloads the server, and slows down the site.

They must be having server trouble? A couple of times over the last couple of days it was down or at least I couldn't get on or post.
