Gelling issues??

Gelling issues??
I have a 02 f-250 psd that seems to gell up at the drop of a hat. Filled it up today, put a whole bottle of power service in it and it still acts like it gelled up again. My wife drove it for probably 5 minutes after letting it warm up for 10 minutes and it just died on her. She got it going long enough to get it off the road but that was it. It seems that if you let it sit for a few minutes it will start and run for a little while. Had the fuel filters changed last week because it gelled up then and it just hasn't been the same since then. Any suggestions other than it is gelling up?
