There should be two bolt holes on the forward face of the rear stake pockets
app 6" up from the bottom.

The 69 stepside had a Barden bumper with diamond plate top that followed the side of the bed and the back of the fender. It was as wide as the fenders and attached to the fender. Sorry no pictures.
when i lived in tx putin the tail lights in the fenders was kinda the hot fad at one time seen al kinds of step sides like that.mose ford guys used 73-79 style tail lights tho
