I want to say 3.73, but my head says that should be a 3L for 3.73 with a limited slip, not L73. Just by year though, the axle is a Sterling 10.5.

There should be a 3 in front of the L. It's probably hidden by the bolt that holds the tag on.
The 105 means it's a 10.5" ring gear.
The 0F20 means it was built in 2000, F for June, 20th day.
The S141H is a the plant code. That's what you need at your dealer for getting parts.
