E4OD Forward in Reverse

I just had a rebuilt E4OD installed in my '93 Bronco. When I received it from the shop I noticed the shifting was soft. The next day it wouldn't back out of the garage. It will surge forward an inch or so in reverse, it feels like it is in park while in neutral, and it feels like it's in 2nd or 3rd while in Drive. Any ideas?

call the shop, make them tow it back at there expense and make them install a different rebuilt tranny or ask for your money back and find a different shop.
