I just became the proud owner of a 1987 Bronco with a 5.8l 351m
and four barrel holly under the hood, the only problem it that is was
sitting outside in ohio for the last ten months after being abused by
my aunt (the car has been in the family since it was bought new)
so far the only problems are a:hard to start and stalls untill it's good and warm. and b:noisy and bad mileage, any idea what I should check out, I already did the fluids.
If it's been sitting outside for months without use I assume, I bet you need a carb rebuild. It may not be that serious, but wouldn't be a bad preventative measure. Its possible your jets are clogged and is causing the hard starts and stalls. My two cents.
