Edge Juice w/ Attitude Problems
I am having a problem with my Juice w/ Attitude Monitor. My truck is a 2005 CC Super Duty. The Juice was installed at about 2500 miles and I now have about 30,000. I have never removed it from my truck, even when taking it in to be serviced at the dealership for the ESP. I have not had the computer reflased for the few recalls I have had, as I read here that some had problems with theirs. On Monday, February 5th I began having a problem. As soon as I turned the truck on, the boost alert started chirping, even though it read '0'. I tried to get into the Options to change it but the screen was blank when I entered into it. I actually got into the 'Boost Alert Setting' screen and the number was a weird number like '-6450089' or something like that. I could not change the number and the unit locked up. I couldn't do anything with it and it would not exit to the 'Main Screen' unless I turned off the truck and restarted it. I unplugged the battery to see if it would reset it, but that did not work. I contacted Edge's Technical Support, but it has been little technical nor supportive. Anyone with a similar problem or with an idea?
