I had a stock portfolio project in my business class to do. I had to invest 1,000,000 in 10 companies. I choose 10,000 shares of Ford at 8.55 a share, totalling $85,500 and it closed 3 weeks later at 9.88 giving me $13,300 in profits. GO FORD!

Now if I only had that kind of money to invest in ford. 13,000 would be a nice down payment on a new superduty to replace my 91.

justin when i was in high school i had to do that- www.stocksquest.com or something like that but i started with only 100,000. well by the end of the semester i had more than double what anyone else in my class had- and i owed it all to KRISPY KREME i think i had about 90 percent of my money invested in KREM. boy it sure payed off
in a statewide competition that they had going on, i blew away everyone else by at least $50,000, but i wasn't entered in the competition at the start so i didn't win anything. my teacher got me 5 boxes of krispy kreme donuts for doing so well tho
Including the 9 other companies I took in 80,000 approximately, but the stock market has gone down sharply the last few days.
