crankshaft throw

Hay-Does anyone know if there is a difference in 6.9and 7.3 crankshafts?I have a book that is telling me the 6.9 has a 4.18 inch throw, and the 7.3 has a 4.11 throw. Is the difference in the rods or a missprint in the book?

4.18 is the correct stroke for both engines.
Crankshaft should be interchangable.
