300 EFI perf cam

anyone have a aftermarket performance cam for their 300 EFI? Im looking at a crane cam that operates at idle-4500 rpm and some lifters for it too for around 170$. do i need a chip/progamer to deal with the comuter or what?

Sorry man I'm not buying it. Not doubting the cam gave a boost in power, but that you able to haul over 9000lbs in overdrive with a stock truck. Let alone up hill!
