Dyno Runs
hey guys check out diesel power magazine's site. They have dyno run videos. They run a new 6.4 and works pretty damn good. 273 hp and 630 ft/lb of torque and its bone stock!! Lots of potential i'd say!!!!

The torque isn't bad for claiming 650 at the crank, but i've seen a stock 6.0 rated at 325hp spin 289 on the dyno. I saw a 2008 the other day at the dealer and threw up in my mouth. Plus when i looked at the exhaust system i opened my mouth.

Ya i hear ya but its the torque that counts. Hp is just a # in my eyes. I haven't seen one up close but i think they look alright in pics i've seen. Doesn't matter anyway i couldn't afford on anyways!!! I'll stick with my 7.3!!!

There pretty nice and 630 ft-lb is pretty impressive. The f450 with that much torque stock is going to be amazing for anyone who tows heavy loads. I've been watching the new duramax and they consistently dyno at 310 hp and 560ish ft-lbs to the wheels. So I'm pretty impressed with Fords 630 ft-lbs needless to say. Wish I could justify the $55K price tag. Oh well, I'll wait a few years and pick up used I guess.
