am i over-boosting?
Sorry about asking this because i'm sure this has been answered many times, but I haven't found the answer yet. I just put the boost and pyro gauges on my truck. I modified my EBPV by adding a spring to resist it opening as soon (takes about 9-10 psi to open instead of 5 psi). So on to numbers, it was hitting 25 psi on boost tonight and I would rather back the turbo down if I'm too high so as not to blow apart something. Any input will be greatly appreciated! thanks

You added something to the wastegate, not the EBPV... If you added something to the EBPV then you did nothing for your boost numbers.
25#'s is fine, you can run all day at 25#'s You can spike to 30 every now and then and be fine.
