You can try this site, I came across it a while back looking for soft tops, Skyler top corp. makes some cool ones, but you can't use the back seat.

oh, sorry, I just looked into the installation of those and they requier drilling. So the only soft tops I know of are skyler tops, but they don't allow use of the back seat. If you find anybody that makes a top like what your looking for, please be sure to let me know, thanks.

I searched all over before buying a soft top and couldn't find one that didn't require drilling and still have the use of the back seat. I went with Specialty Top(previously Kayline) and I love it. It look real sharp and folds down quite easily.
Oh, and if and when you ever decide to put the hard top back on, the only holes that will be noticeable are on the tailgate. The hard top covers all the rest.
Just installed the Kayline/Specialty Tops unit on my '95 XLT this weekend. LOVE it.
A frame for this top that uses the factory hartop holes would be more complicated (read: expensive) and you'd still have the tailgate to deal with. I doubt that anyone will invest in developing a product to fill this no-drill requirement.
I know it's tough to drill a hole (or 30) in the body of your truck, but I think the end result is definitely worth it.
