You will just have to start checking power to the Hi pressure fuel pump on the frame to see why that is not coming on.
1. Check to see if your fuel cut off switch is not tripped. (Inertia Switch)
2. Check to see if your fuel pump relay is closing for 1 second when you turn on the key. (It is not supposed to stay made unless it gets a PIP train from the TFI Module)
3. Are you getting spark?
