Wipers not working

All of the sudden my wipers stopped working on my 94 F150. I checked the fuse and it was good and when I turn the **** there is a clicking sound somewhere behind the glovebox. I live in Washington so it is hard to drive in the winter without wipers. Any help would be appreciated.

The switch is on the column. I am trying to find the wiper governor based off the drawing in my chiltons, but I have not been able to see it. I think the switch is still plugged in because when I turn the **** to adjust the interval I can hear something clicking behind the glove box.

my wiper had frozen before as well. Pop the hood and turn the wipers on to slow they would be in conatnt movement. Take a little bit of WD40 or similar and spray it on the wiper motor and move it manually until it moves by its self. Should work
