Lift
I have an 87 swb F150 4x4. I was wondering if I will have to do any driveshaft work if I install a 4 inch lift? Any other problems I might encounter? I know I will need an alignment but not sure past that.

Your rear drive shaft should be fine. Mine was when I put a lift on my truck. It was the front drive shaft I had to get extended, I also went with a skyjacker 6 inch lift. Don't know if that helps you any. But atleast be perpared to spend around $150 bucks to have yours extended. Just in chase.
