Just thought I would say hi to everyone. Finally got some pics in my gallery of my truck, take a look.
2003 Superduty with the 7.3 20,000 miles.
I also have a 99 Superduty ext. cab 4x4 with the 5.4 and 95,000 miles. My wife drives a 2005 Expy. Die hard Ford fan.
Hello and Welcome. You will find a lot of great info on this site, I know I have. Nice Looking Truck! Only 20k miles, i bet your truck will be around for a long time.
The job I have takes me away from home so I dont get to drive it during the week, usually gone for 5 days to 2 weeks at a time so it sits in the shop till I get back. Sometimes I drive it to the jobsite but not very often. I just bought the truck this past fall, the guy that owned it just never drove it, he had lots of other toys if you know what i mean. He put the lift and tires on it, I just couldn't pass up a 7.3 with no miles on it. I think i'm gonna lower it some though, I love how it looks but it's just to tall to pull my camper and boat with. It also came with a set of 44" boggers on M/T classic II's brand new that I need to sell. The truck has a 10 inch lift with 39.5's on it now. Oh it also came with the factory springs. I'm looking to put a 6" or 8" inch lift on it so I can still pull my camper and boat.
Dan.
Hey, dmueller I noticed that your from Mazon, My family is from there. My grandfather used to own both filling stations back in the day. I used to trap on alot of farms right around there back when I had the time. Some good hunting and trapping in that area. I used to clean house on the coon and beaver. Seemed like every where I stopped to ask permission I was either related to or both my parents went to school with the landowners.
I already ran that by the wife and she didn't see the humor in it. I told her we wouldn't need to buy one of those campers with the sky decks like you see at the NASCAR races. It would be tough to launch the Ranger with a 10" lift on the trailer, you'd need some deep water right off the launch.
