I am not a real big fan of either if used with a leaf spring. Most are not long enough to travel at the same arch as the leaf spring, and really limit travel. I have also seen many 4-link suspensions that have the geometry all wrong. This caused the suspension to compress under throttle ( not good ), and some tried to extend a lot under throttle, also not good.
If you are looking to control axle wrap, maybe a Y-link would be better. This would follow the arch of the axle much better, would limit bind, and would have little effect on the suspension under throttle conditions.
