I have a 64 1/2 ton 4X4 , Vin # F11CR520242. My question is more for NumberDummy than anything. the Truck was given to me about 10 years ago from a friend that had gutted it to rebuild his. cab was completely gutted, transfercase was laying on the floorboards where the seat should have been. front clip (all) was gone. motor and tranny gone , box gone. wife almost skinned me when i drug it home. anyway i set it together with all the spare parts i had laying around so needless to say it's a 60-72 vintage. back to question. the right front spindal bearings are worn and i need to try and order a rebuild kit for it.only took about an hr. to elimate local parts houses.didnt have any luck with specialty companies as they needed a part # . my question is do you have a part # or a kit no. for rebuilding these frontends. the book i need costs about 80 bucks and i cant justify buying it as there is very little i dont already know about the truck. I would prefer a kit no. as the felt seals are also worn. Thanks Dutch
I found this on rockauot.com One of the sponsors for this site under the 64 f100. I didn't post all the info I found since I am typing all of this one handed. Take a look at their site to find all the different parts they have available. I have used them for all sorts of parts and they have a great customer service department. No questions asked about returning parts and they have a quick turn around time. I hope this helps with the project.
