Keep blowing fuse 22?

Hey guys... Last night i thought my fuel was gelled up so i tried that 911 stuff didn't work... my relays wouldn't kick on either. No tach reading... so today (i'm at work) i just replaced the GPR and the CPS... my tach still doesn't read when cranking and i keep blowing the maxi fuse 22 under the hood... any ideas?

The fuel heater in the bottom of the filter housing is the culprit. It's shorting out and blowing #22 fuse. Un plug the heater on the driver side of the housing. It's a single wire connector.

You don't need to replace the heater. Mines been disconnected for years with no problems.
