Cold Start problems...

Well here is the background! This fall my batteries were getting a little weak, so with the harsh cold winters here in the northeast I replaced them. I replaced them with walmart- max (yellow bottom, black top) batteries with a cca of 850. I thought that these batteries were a little "chinsy" but the price was right, and I was in a hurry at the time of replacement. Well now 4 months later those batteries just didnt have enough to power the glow plugs, and then have enough power to start the truck. When i would try to start the volt meter on the Aux PCM would read about 10.9 volts. Truck doesnt seem to be getting any fuel from the injectors. Also when trying to start i could hear a clicking under the dash like a solinoid. Last week I have replaced the batteries again with motorcraft 850cca, and still having the same problem. To get the truck started I would hook up a battery charger for about 3 min and the truck would start up perfect. The alternator seems to work, when the truck is running the electrial system reads 14.3-14.4 volts. Oh, i also replaced the glow plugs this fall with glowplugs from the local dealership. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks

Sounds like u have a constant current draw off the batteries from somewhere.
Your alternator voltage looks good.
