Where is the best place to purchase a cam positions sensor for my truck? (2002

I have been reading the forums on it and some people are purchasing them on E-bay for about $50. Is this the way to go? Any problems purchasing them this way as far as quality?
Should I go to International, or a Ford vendor? Any better suggestions?
I checked napa, They had one in stock and i was willing on paying some bucks for one, well it was used! Someone swaped em. It was gonna cost 180 somethin. Since i didnt get that im gonna go to the ford dealership tomorrow. I heard they got em for around a buck 50. I dont have a IH dealer around me. Good luck
