203 t-stat
Just changed my water pump today and while everything was apart I tested my thermostat in a pan of boiling water. The thermostat started opening at 200 degrees and was partially open at 212 degrees. I put this one in 9 months ago - 203 degree from dieselsite. Isn't this thing supposed to be fully open by 203 degrees?

Thanks for the reply.
I found the paperwork that came with the thermostat. It says the 203 degree thermostat begins to open at 185 degrees but that still doesn't tell me at what temp it should be fully open..I'll just call them in the AM and probably get another.
