Has anyone put ford lightning seats in their truck? If so any pics? Thinking about buy'n some to put in my 71 sport custom.

 

I have been thinking about putting buckets in my 71 custom for quite some time now. Monetary issues and other incidents with the truck have kept me from it though. Let us know how it turns out. Post lots of pics of the install!!!

 

Im thinking about Gen 1 lightning seats also been thinkin about a hoodscoop. I seen one that was molded in looked pretty good. Any pictures or thoughts?

 

it has been posted here before that seats from other years up to 96 will fit and work well with only minor changes to the seat rails.

 

Whatever you do save your original seat tracks... They are becoming hard to find and you never know when you might want another bench seat.

 

i put a 96 seat in my truck. i used my old seat tracks they bolted right up also my brother put a 86 seat in his 78 same way.
