Never heard of any such thing in a Bronco. I do know that some of the ford aerostar mini vans had rear heater/ac units the one my ex and I had was one of those. Hated it cuase the kids messed with the controls all the time.

In a standard Bronco.. no, but in the 4 door conversions, yes. But I’d be surprised if the parts store had info on those. Many parts stores computer systems ask a standard set of questions that don’t always relate to your vehicle, I was constantly asked if mine was 2 wheel drive.

When I was up in Canada, I had a friend with a Bronco with a rear heater. I cant say for sure if it was stock. But I think it was because it looked like it and my friend did not modifiy things. It may have been only a option in Canada.
