Chrome oil pans
I'm shopping for a new oil pan for my 460 in my '68 truck, and I'm having trouble finding a new cheap replacement. The motor mounts are set up, so that a front sump pan will fit, but I'd prefer a rear sump. I checked ebay and found some cheap front sump chrome pans that would work. I've heard that chrome stuff can warp/ leak when it gets hot. Is this true? If any body has some input for chrome stuff, let me know. Thanks in advance from the frosty north.

if ya get a al'cheapo chrome pan use a 3-m wheel and dust off the chrome along the gasket surface and use a good adhesive with gasket and it'll seal. never heard of one warpin tho
