The tag on the inside of the drivers door opening lists various information. I did not see anything that would indicate what engine is installed - although I assume that it's the 302. I did note that "Trans" has a code of "U", and "Axle" has a code of "H9". "Tape" (what the heck is that?) shows "A".
Besides paint codes, there are now (pinstripe) TAPE codes.
Take the TAPE code, go to the section on tape and there it is. Before they had those codes, it was a b!tch when a stripe was needed for a body shop...there was just a jumbled mess in the parts catalogs when lookin' one up.

LOL, thanks Andy. I've seen references on this site regarding automatics, calling them several different combinations of letters and numbers; AOD, EAOD, E4AO, PITA, SOB, POS, etc-etc.
So, for a '95 F150 4X4 with a 302 the standard automatic transmission is known as the AOD.
Got it!
Numbers - I couldn't find any section on the site called "Tape".

TAPE was added in the 1980's so us dummies could figure out the myriad stripe kits. Ford initially listed the stripes in the body sections of the car parts books in the mid 60's. Half didn't have pictures and the descriptions were useless.
Having a TAPE code on the VIN plate ended the frustrations of looking for a stripe kit..it works just like a paint code. You take the code and go to the stripe section...it made a impossible job passable, tho there is still some confusion. Ford also began showing decent pictures to go along with the codes.
Basic Ford part number for a stripe kit in the TAPE section: 20000
