Vibration
Replaced the carrier bearing, it was shot. I thought that was the source of the problem for the vibration but it was not. It has a shudder/vibration with small amount of throttle pressure after the TC is locked up. It shakes the whole truck, if i give it more throttle, it become the shuddering almost dissappears. It happens between 45-70 until the RPMS are higher. Could this be T.C shudder?

Ford issued a TSB on this very issue. The fix is to shim the driveling although..... I had the driveline shimmed and the problem was worse. It turned out the clutch packs in the rear differential needed to be replaced. This was done around 40,000 miles. I had the vibration very early on but, thought it was a vibration coming from my boat trailer.
When I started to feel the vibration w/o the trailer I knew something was wrong with the truck.
