Im looking for the total 2006 model years trucks sold for the
Ford F-150, 250,350 trucks only and the Dodge / chevy equals
did ford out sale dodge n chevy? what are the numbers?
[QUOTE]The thing is, up to a a few years ago Ford had GM beat for about 10 years(?)
Except for looks, the GM trucks are exact.......if GMC was axed, those people would buy chevy and vice versa.
As much as I want the top seller bragging rights, the simple fact is GM sold more trucks than Ford.[QUOTE]
I seriously doubt that. i know i few guys that wouldn't buy a chivvy for as ugly as it is... let gm go ahead and axe gmc and see how face there sales drop

"A few guys" don't make up the majority of GMC owners that would still buy a Chevy. If a consumer is pleased with the product, hense brand loyality I can't see Chevy really hurting.
I know " a few guys " that didn't like the looks of the new F-150's but still bought them because they previouly owned older F-150's and were very happy with them. That was 2 years ago and ask them now and the new styling has grown on them because the rest of the truck has been rock solid.
